Andrew Arnot has a broad range of experience with a unique mix of creative-driven brands such as DraftKings, DIRECTV, Westin Hotels & Resorts, Budweiser and Michelob Ultra, and more complex global accounts, such as Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson and Novartis.
He prides himself on a strong track record of developing effective and award-winning creative that breaks conventions. In particular, Andrew led the revitalization of Busch with a new brand platform that turned the business around.

Dom hails from London, where he began his career in advertising within the media agency world at Universal McCann and Mindshare. He moved to New York in 2010 to study for an MBA at NYU.
After two creditable failures at launching start ups, Dom returned to advertising at Anomaly NY working on Budweiser, Diageo, Duracell, Dick's Sporting Goods, Google, Kohl's and Squarespace.
He went on to Barton F Graf, where he worked with Supercell (mobile gaming) and with Diageo (again!), before building global campaigns for Google and Under Armour at Droga5.

Jen is from Los Angeles, California and attended Art Center College of Design. She has over 13 years of experience growing and transforming businesses for a variety of clients such as Google, P&G, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Sonos, Petco and Diageo to name a few. With a multi-disciplinary background, Jen's expertise spans across branding, innovation, digital product design, print, broadcast, film, and motion graphics.
She worked at award winning agencies such as Anomaly and R/ga and also on the brand side at Google and Tiffany&Co where where she was responsible for global seasonal campaigns, building brand recognition, digital apps to print and packaging solutions.
Jen currently resides in Brooklyn, NY. In her spare time she likes to cook, drink wine and travel!
